Hi, I’m Josie Bloom.

And I want your wedding celebration to be magical.

And funny.

A combination of magical and funny.

My 2008 marriage ceremony was the best I’ve ever attended (I may be biased). My partner and I were able to create a humorous and meaningful service that fit us perfectly. I want to be able to do the same for you.

I am a social worker which means I’m really good at highlighting relationships and connection. I’m an attentive and attuned listener, and I promise that you won’t feel like you’re in a therapy session when we’re working together. Unless you totally love therapy, in which case, sure, I’ll use my therapist voice.

Social workers aren’t usually associated with humor, but I assure you, I am hilarious. I am even more funny than the writing on this ‘About Me’ page would suggest.

When I’m not social working or perfecting my 1 minute (so far) of comedy stand-up material, I’m hanging out with my family & friends and aiming for a 11-minute mile while ‘wogging’ (walking and jogging).
